Unprofessional front office staff and online booking system. I received no confirmation details after booking my appointment, aside from a text with no relevant information or pre-appointment instructions. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment was a week from the day that I scheduled, after I specifically filtered for today’s availability when booking the appointment.
