I went to the EyeGlass World on Sam Rittenberg only for a prescription for eye-glasses, and I informed them of this when scheduling the appointment. The personnel was nice and even received me before the scheduled time. But when I asked for the PD (Pupillary Distance) for my prescription, I was told that they wouldn’t give it to me because I am not purchasing glasses from them. Disappointed ☹️
Mason was very helpful. She repaired my frame within minutes. Very kind
