The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was in and out of my scheduled appointment fairly quickly and I received my glasses exactly when they said I would. Highly recommend!
This place is absolutely abhorrent. They have the worst customer service and zero empathy. I came in with an emergency and they made me wait 10 minutes when the doctor had no other patients. The man who checked me out was so incredibly rude and mean. While waiting to check out the doctor yells across the whole entire office if I want to take the solution that poisoned my eye with me.
