Absolutely horrible customer service. Carol w is absolutely awful. Came in to order more contact. Asked for a trial pair. And was told it was illegal. Not gonna go into detail by detail but long story short her ego took over vs actually trying to find a solution. Being a business owner my self I would highly recommend you take your business else where. Carol was not reprimanded for her mistake. I went to the store this morning because I wasn’t looking where I was going yesterday & ran into a low hanging tree limb seriously bending my recently purchased Rayban Aviator sunglasses. I thought it was going to be an easy fix, but when they looked at them, they said that I bent the whole frame, but that they could fix them. The person who helped me (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, a tall gentleman) spent a good deal of time taking the lenses out and repairing them so that they were properly aligned. Paid $400 for glasses ($99 frames were free with insurance & I did not get an exam there) & the frame doesn't fit. It pops in & out. Went in to get it fixed & the guy responsible for the lens not fitting wasn't there. Manager said they would call to let me know when he's there & never did. I won't be going back.
No happy with my service and the professional services I received I will go back to the one I know and respect
