Mercedes was very knowledgeable professional and extremely helpful with my purchases for my glasses. She made me feel very comfortable ensuring that I knew about the available products and also helped me with my frames options. The process went very smoothly. Thank you so very much Mercedes!
Never received a call to let me know my glasses were ready. I forgot I had ordered them and just stopped in 2 months later to pick them up. I told her I never received a call or anything letting me know they were ready. No I'm sorry or anything just, oh it looks like someone tried to leave a message. Really? I never had a missed call or message. Needless to say I won't be back. Spend $1,000 on glasses you'd think they'd have better customer service.
