I went to the store this morning because I wasn’t looking where I was going yesterday & ran into a low hanging tree limb seriously bending my recently purchased Rayban Aviator sunglasses. I thought it was going to be an easy fix, but when they looked at them, they said that I bent the whole frame, but that they could fix them. The person who helped me (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, a tall gentleman) spent a good deal of time taking the lenses out and repairing them so that they were properly aligned. Paid $400 for glasses ($99 frames were free with insurance & I did not get an exam there) & the frame doesn't fit. It pops in & out. Went in to get it fixed & the guy responsible for the lens not fitting wasn't there. Manager said they would call to let me know when he's there & never did. I won't be going back.
No happy with my service and the professional services I received I will go back to the one I know and respect
If I could give no stars, I would....... I'm not one to deflect on negative experiences but this is different considering it's concerning my wife ability to see. She came here for her exam and glasses. For years she has only worn progressive lenses. The optometrist convinced her she should get single vision. Excellent eye exam from Doctor Geetha Parasuram. They have so many frames to choose from and John was great at picking the best frame for my husband. I left there seeing clear and felling great with my new glasses.🤓
