I have been coming to this location for a few years (skipped 2023 due to insurance issues) and personally I feel the customer service has really gone down significantly. I called to set an appointment, unbeknownst to me, I was scheduled with a completely new doctor. I wish I was given the choice to choose when I set the appointment because I only ever worked with one doctor who was familiar with my eye irregularity. I highly recommend Eyeglass World. They were professional,personable, affordable. My appointment took 30 minutes.

Very horrible. The manager lied to me, talked me into buying one of the most expensive version of the glasses, said they would get very dark when I drive, however, they don’t get that dark at all, barely get dark for the matter. Only time they get dark is in direct sunlight if I am outside. He stated the chemical in the glasses would heat up when u am driving and cause a reaction and cause the lenses to get “super dark”. Not satisfied at all with my experience. This is not how I do business. Would not recommend.
