They lie about how much you have to pay and then when go to pay they blame corporate saying you have to pay more than the original payment. John used to help me no matter what I needed and now it's like I can't even get help anymore.
I bought a pair of glasses and sunglasses from this store without an eye exam since I already had one completed after my surgery. Went to pick up the glasses and the extension on the frame on the right side would not adjust. The tech fooled around with it several minutes and could not get it to extend. Then she went in the back and tried to bend the frames to fit my ears but still did not fix the main issue. I told her I bought frames that extend and I expect them to work as they are designed. Absolutely horrible customer service. Carol w is absolutely awful. Came in to order more contact. Asked for a trial pair. And was told it was illegal. Not gonna go into detail by detail but long story short her ego took over vs actually trying to find a solution. Being a business owner my self I would highly recommend you take your business else where. Carol was not reprimanded for her mistake.
