I had an excellent experience at Eyeglass World. The staff is very friendly, most especially Janise, who was very helpful when helping me decide on the type of glasses I should get. She even helped fix my old glasses while my new ones weren't ready yet. The staff was kind, and the young gentleman in the back was very polite and explained everything clearly as we went through all the tests. I had a great experience! Dr Wogalter was wonderful, asks the right questions, made me feel very comfortable and aced my prescription
Came to this location to get my eyeglasses screwed back but as soon as the male technician with long black hair asked if I got my eyeglasses and I told him no, I knew he wasn’t willing to assist. He said the screw wouldn’t screw back and he couldn’t get it out either and there is nothing he can do and suggested to bring it where I bought it and perhaps they can fix it since it’s their item. I purchased new replacement RX lenses for my frames. There is a $20 extra charge for bringing your own frames. The lenses were ordered and available within a week. I returned to have the lenses installed in my frames, but the frames were broken in the process. Leo and Ivan offered to install the RX lenses in another frame I provided or complementary from their inventory.
