Well my Ma accidentally bent my dad's eyes glasses and the lens popped out. We went in and stated problem and showed the glasses to the Associate named Leo. He was very sympathetic, courteous, and professional. He said he would take a look at them and within 5 minutes he said okay got them all fixed up. He even offered us a case and I said no thanks we got one. I then said how much we owe ya and he said nothing you're good to go. The level of customer service is extraordinary.
Showed up 30 minutes early to appt just for them to tell us the appt was canceled because the doctor left last minute. No notice or anything until you show up on time to your appointment. Staff knew that it was canceled and still pulled us to the back ..
Terrible. Booked an appointment online to get my daughter seen.. the doctor was gone for the day and the staff said it’s an ongoing issue. Waste of my time and rushing from Across town to be here just to not be seen.. Don’t have an online booking system if it doesn’t work. Another terrible healthcare experience in Nevada.
Very friendly staff very patient when I was picking out my glasses. The knowledge of the people there were great. They explained to me that I needed smaller lenses because my prescription was so high. I will.definitely return. Phenomenal staff!!
