*06/02/2026 update-💚 I want to thank eyeglass world in Lake Mary for their attentiveness and service. I did my eye exam with Dr.Bachus she was excellent, she was extremely thorough and thoughtful when explaining the process of the eye exam and my RX. I also want to thank Mike, Alvin, & Kassim for their assistance in making sure my old progressive glasses were adjusted comfortable while I waited on my new Rx to be filled, the also helped make sure I could navigate my prescription in reading as well! I had an eye exam there and the second I walked there was a dry greeting from the young man that works there and there was another gentleman grey hair and beard wasn't pleasant at all he checked on another person who down after me he checked on her but didn't say anything to me. Then to top it off Katelyn who checked me out seemed bothered by me asking what all was covered she quickly turned the computer screen towards and said briefly this what it cost which to me was rude and condescending.
