I was a customer but the customer service at this shop made me call 1800 contacts.
Best place I've found for eyeglasses. Appointment was on time and the pricing was affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was at the Trinity location and I'm VERY HAPPY with them
Ever since 2015 I’ve been going to eyeglass world and have been rather satisfied with how these people have treated. Today that all changed. For years and years I have been Able to price match with them from online vendors to lower the cost of Contacts. After Jackie took my phone back to her manager‘s office after 3 websites. 5 stars for Eyeglass World for friendly people. FOR THE CONTACTS EXAM BY THE 3RD PARTY INSIDE: 2 stars. Staff are friendly. But you’ll pay for the contacts exam and they will refuse to give you the prescription unless they can watch you put the contacts in and take them out. This does not make sense when you pay for an exam to receive a prescription.
Made a reservation with this place a week ago. When I arrived they said I wasn't in the system. There was no one available to do eye- exams on a Saturday. Was not pleased.
