I went in needing glasses quickly because I left my pair on an airplane. It was a Friday afternoon, pretty busy, with the day hopefully winding down. When I arrived, all associates greeted me, even though they were with customers. Within a few minutes, Carl helped me to pick out frames in my budget, search for insurance benefits, gave advice and even adjusted the correct sunglasses I had. Dr. Thompson was incredibly kind and super informative! David, the associate who helped me was extremely personable and did a great job explaining the breakdown of the prices, warranty, and the different add-ons I could use for my glasses. I had the best experience here!
David is amazing! He made the whole experience enjoyable and is very knowledgeable about his products! The great customer service was complimented by the low prices of their frames. I highly recommend anyone needing glasses to visit David at the Trinity location.
