I don't know what it is about these doctors nowadays they don't seem to think that the patient knows anything about Comfort when it comes to lenses. I guess we're just supposed to tolerate them getting their incentives for their pushing sales regardless of comfort of the patient I will tell you that in this one they must be getting some freebies because you got dark blue contact lens holders that absorb not only the clear but also the handling tent making it impossible to see the lens. Best costumer service!!!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the kindest people at the trinity location! I walked in and Tyler came right up to me and started helping me out and explained everything in words that I could actually understand. Most of everything was great, expect for one of the employees attitude. It wasn’t what he said but how he said and the tone. I would’ve explained this to him but it really made me upset. Hopefully I won’t need to be back
