Outstanding Service- Jenn and David were amazing!! They helped me choose the right pair of Ray-Ban‘s, which would have been enough. When I asked the dreaded question of how long will it take to get my glasses back. Mind you, I went there because my glasses had broken that morning. Paid out of pocket for an eyeglass exam. They refused to measure me for pupil distance so I could buy the glasses I want online unless I bought a pair of glasses from them as well. Felt like I was being bullied into spending more money.
I was visiting my family and vacationing in the area as i live in NY on Long Island and on my way to Tampa via an overnight flight outta nowhere my eyeglass arm fully snapped and broke off while flying to Tampa Airport from LI Macarthur Airport and was very saddened on the whole plane ride as i NEVER broke a pair in my 13 years of owning eyeglasses so i decided to stop by this place the next day with my mom and the manager David was such a polite, sweet, kind and caring man and he even greeted us at the door which was nice o... read more
If I could give 0 stars to corporate I would,5 +stars to the employees,many rescheduled appointments due to 1+ hours wait time beyond appointment original time. I was told because of over scheduling by corporate.worker ask me to complain to corporate because of over scheduling,I feel bad for the employees. Buyer Beware!!!!!! Customer service and district manager Ashley at Eyeglass World in Trinity is the worst. I’ve been trying to rectify a non-voided return for almost 3 months. Thanks to America’s Best for helping me with this problem.
