7/5/2025 BUYER BEWARE!!! I just received my son’s “new” frames in the mail. I specifically requested frames NOT off the shelf because hundreds, if not thousands, of people try on and take off the display frames. This puts a tremendous amount of stress on the frames and consequently, the frames will not sit evenly. So when the salesperson asked me upon purchase to take the display frames with me, I requested new frames to be shipped to my house. Highly recommend! I came in because the screw to my glasses randomly fell off making my frame come out as well. I called before and was able to come in the same day. The fix was completely free and super fast too!
I loved coming here. Thought I was blind and they made it so I could finally see. Great vibes all around. Jess was super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend to everyone. I would never see why they would get a bad review! Thank you !!!
If I could give this place 7 stars, I would. The customer service? Unmatched. The Mann in charge? unmatched. I love how new all the glasses feel, I really dont know how anybody could have anything but amazing things to say about this place. You literally have to be a bad mannered and all around terrible customer to ever have a single negative thing to say about this place. Is it weird to be inlove with your eye glass place? If it is, call me weird. Keep up the great work!!!!!
