Went to this location after a dentist appointment because I had a scratch on my lens which are under warranty and asked if all stores are Iinked and was told “yes” but when I brought up the scratch I was immediately shut down and was told “no”, they couldn’t help me and I had to go to Gunbarrel in Chattanooga. The staff was nice, but if I had known the exam was going to be virtual, I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment. Nowhere on the website does it mention that. Just a heads-up, there are no in-house optometrists at this location.
Great service, wide selection, and overall great experience. However, it's definitely not same day as advertised. So I would recommend correcting the marketing to clarify the conditions. It's 1 - 2 weeks.
Martin is SUPPER NICE AND KIND. I went another vision center to tighten up my glasses and they broke them... WHF I literary cried my eyes out since they were my bday present. At that time Martin offered me great deal. He just cut my lenses to fit in new frames. He didnt even charge me for the frames. Definitely visit him again
The techs were friendly and professional, adjusted my glasses for free, they fit so much better now. Thank you!
