I've been a customer of Eyeglass World for almost two years now, and I'm always happy with my visits, but my most recent visit was exceptional. Yentel went above and beyond for us; she thoroughly explained the process and the details of our protection plan and took care of everything in one visit. She was courteous, kind, and professional, and we truly felt cared for.
This place is amazing, and the staff is incredibly kind. It's definitely a better spot to get your glasses compared to the place in Lake Worth.
Very happy I decided to come here for my exam and glasses . Kenia was absolutely wonderful in helping me choose . The staff is friendly and professional . Kenia went above and beyond ! She was patient , professional and honest because you know how hard it is when you are by yourself trying on glasses . She really was amazing .
