Posting this on behalf of a friend who went here today who would like to remain anonymous due to the nature of their complaint - “I have gone to this location for the last two years and there has always been a woman doctor who has taken care of me. This time it was a man and I thought “eh whatever I’m already here, why not just get my exam over with”. Came in to repair my mom’s glasses and the ladies were very friendly and welcoming. Kenia did an amazing job by fixing my moms glasses and it took less than 5 minutes. So thankful that we came. Will return in the future and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!
This review is for the Boynton Beach store on North Congress Ave. I was there prior to the new management in Dec of 2024. The only reason I went there was because they accepted my insurance and would cover my new simple prescription, but they broke the Iframes that I had and the rudeness of the then current manager was not to be believed. Even in the way she spoke to me.
