Tatiana was so helpful from the moment we came in. Thank you for helping me get what I needed, and for doing your best to finish my order by my vacation date. It's always so nice to feel taken care of. Tatiana is an asset to have.
I went in today, ready to purchase a pair of glasses. The lady behind the counter just said well there’s our glasses help yourself looking. There is no organization to the glasses whatsoever. I was just about ready to finalize my selection when the lady went out to lunch. She said somebody in the back would help me I numerous time said hello anybody there and nobody came to help me. I had no choice but to leave very disappointing experience.
Gino assisted in my virtual eye exam and he did an exceptional job. He explained everything very clear. I felt very comfortable after the exam was complete. I feel he went above and beyond because one the test was not clear enough for the virtual doctor and she insisted on me going to see a in person doctor. Gino redid the test and sent it back and all was clear and it kept me from having to go away without an exam. Because of Gino be persistent I’m left today with new glasses. Thank you Gino and Eye Glass World.
I had an awesome experience working with our tech, Tatiana, and frames specialist, Joshua. They treated us incredibly well, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We purchased two frames and lenses for my son, who had been struggling with his old prescription, and their expertise made all the difference. If you’re planning to stop by for new frames, I highly recommend asking for Joshua. We’ll definitely be back!
