Marizol was extremely charismatic and made the process of selecting and purchasing my new frames an absolute pleasure. I didn’t catch the name of the experienced lady at the front, but she was also very pleasant and helpful. Overall, I would rate my visit a 12/10.
Yesterday I had the happy first time experience at Eyeglass World at SLW. I was running late so I called and my time was extended. When I arrived there was NO annoyed attitude but rather a warm welcome and excellent exam from the tech and the Doctor. IF YOU NEED A FABULOUS PLACE FOR SERVICE/GLASSES, THEN COME HERE!!!! I had the BEST experience here! EVERYONE that works here was absolutely amazing! Jessica and Shae worked SO very quickly on my glasses! I was in and out with my NEW glasses within an HOUR!!! I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! Thank you ladies!!!
I never leave bad reviews online, I’ve been sitting on this for some time hoping the frustration would pass but everyday I wear my glasses & now have to try my best to ignore the scratch that was left right near the middle of my lens.
