Great people, service, and help! I came in because one of my lenses popped out of my glasses, and they fixed it super quick. They didn’t charge me at all, which was super nice of them. 100% would recommend!!!!
Max went far beyond what was required! He is customer focused, greeted me at the door and held it open so my husband could push me in. He intently listened while I explained my problem and then expertly determined that my prescription was wrong. After correcting that, he expeditiously obtained the correct lens and had them installed. I would recommend this Eyeglass World to anyone.
What can I say? I'm a big fan. I'm a fan of Eyeglass World in general--in my experience, they provide the best selection and services in retail eyewear---but I'm especially a fan of the good folks at the Bethel Park location. Doc was understanding, and receptive to my issue of needing glasses, quick, because of my upcoming cataract surgery. Max was a superstar, he is so focused on patient support, experience, and comfort. Max is simply the best. Highly recommend this office! Bob in USC.
