My experience was excellent, I called to inquire about how to get them fixed because I sat on them and they were mangled. I talked to Max he said bring them in I will do my best! He fixed them in 5 minutes look like nothing ever happened! Thanks for your service Max much appreciated!!! Best in the town, hands down!
I brought in a pair of broken sentimental glasses, unsure if they were salvageable. Max, the manager, was able to find replacement arms through a series of trials and errors. He spent the time to solve the problem and make my day. A+ customer service you don’t always get these days.
The manager is a magician at eyeglass repair. The chain isn't bad -- their glasses are a little pricey one at a time but getting a pair of prescription sunglasses for free with your indoor glasses is a good deal. But the service at this particular one is exceptional. I've never had a bad experience talking to anyone there. Oh, just an update. If your prescription is as bad as mine, they won't be able to provide same-day service. "Remember that they are but mortal."
The owner and staff and very friendly and knowledgeable at this Eyeglass World. Although busy, they work efficiently and have lots of glasses to pick from at good prices. We'll be coming back!
Best experience getting glasses in over 40 years! Max, Marlena, and Emily were an exceptional team. So friendly, helpful, and efficient.
