Mistakes were made. Was very inconvenient. Wouldn't go again in the future. I'm updating this review to explain in more detail what happened at this awful place of business in September 2024. I was a walk-in. Dr. Tesla was very nice. Didn't receive contact lens trials. Glasses had the wrong left lens because Lori didn't put the correct number in. Max is a bit hard to deal with. Nice selection of frames, received glasses next day, friendly and knowledgeable, my glasses didn't have anti glare went back and they were corrected with anti glare, now they are perfect for night time driving, the Manager was so helpful.
Customer service in this place is great! I didn’t even find a pair of glasses to purchase from them but they were super helpful in putting new nose pads on my old glasses and tightening up the frames. No charge!! Will definitely go back when ready to purchase new glasses. Highly recommend!
I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great experience. The doctor is wonderful and Max and the other employees are all super friendly and helpful. I always look forward to my annual eye exam because of them.
I went to eyeglass world with my glasses that recently broke and I thought might not be fixable. Max the manager went out of his way to resolve the problem and fixed my glasses. Great customer service! Thanks Max
