I went to the Monroeville store to pick up my glasses. A gentleman greeted me and helped me get my glasses from the back. Before I could even try my glasses on, he walked to the back of the store. During this whole interaction, he had his phone on speaker. Thankfully, Michelle stepped in to help assist me. She made an unpleasant experience more pleasant. I am thankful for employees who have great customer service!
After getting old script in & new eye exam, Shane & Josh were able to help me get some new glasses same day. I appreciate the convenience these guys do! No other place around like them! Definitely come check them out and get your glasses here
This is the last time I am coming to this place. I have already made a second trip to pay for my glasses and I can't even pay for them. Now I am expecting to come a third time?!?!? The first time I came, the systems were down and I had to come back. The second time, the GM I worked with is out with COVID and I don't know when he will be in and now I have to wait a third time to come in just to pay for a pair of glasses!!! The best eyeglass place in the area! Angel and Shane were exceptional. Angel went above and beyond to correct my lens order. Also the guy in the back that adjusts the frames and does the lens changes is exceptional. Sorry I didn’t catch his name. Overall great experience. Will be back again!
It's my first time using this place. I normally go to visionworks but with my new insurance which is not excepted at visionworks led me here. My wife gets her glasses here and had no problems. Everybody i doubt with was super nice. However I was told my glasses would be short ordered and should be in on Tuesday or Wednesday. I went in on Friday April 18th and it's now Friday April 25th and I still have yet to receive my glasses. At visionworks who sends there glasses out to be made I always received within a week.
