I always dread going in to pick out new glasses. It always feels so confusing but not here! The staff was so helpful picking the glasses! I couldn’t have chosen with out the help of Emilee and Jade. It was such an enjoyable environment. I’ll be sure to keep going back to this specific store. The staff made a world of difference. I highly recommend this store!

They didn't run or use my insurance for like 3 visits, then took forever to find it. Begrudgingly so, then took forever to book my appointment like a week. Then canceled it when it finally came time to be seen. A week before my wedding when I needed contacts most. I'll be going to America's Best from now on.
Went in for the online eye exam. 1-20-26 noon, the person running the test was visibly not enthusiastic about her job. Dark room I was in the machines were not wiped down prior to me putting my face up against the chin and head rest. I got through half the peripheral test for the girl to finally tell me how to properly perform the test. Just had my first experience with Eyeglass World and it was an absolute pleasure. They were very friendly and helpful. From the doctor and eye exam to getting my new glasses to me the same day. It really was a great experience.
