I made an appointment for 10am, and ended up leaving due to waiting for 45 minutes and not being seen, and no communication about when I would be seen either. The staff is nice, but that’s all that I can say about them.
The staff was wonderful! They were friendly and professional. They got me taken care of fairly quickly. The only down side was the delay in the time it took to get connected with the remote optometrist. Everything else was a great experience and I love my new glasses and rx sunglasses.
So I have not been to an eye doctor in 10 years. Went to my local eye doc got my exam and bought a specific pair of frames and the eye doctor wanted $1000 to make my new glasses. And I already had the frames. Never spent more than $200 for my glasses in 30 years. So I found Eyeglass world. Called them and asked if I could bring in my prescription and my frames and have them create my new glasses. They said yes.
