I walked into their store to have a pair of glasses serviced. I was told by the supervisor that she cannot help me until I wear a mask. I told her that I have a medical condition which makes it difficult for me to wear a mask. She referred me to her manager who said I needed to come back at a time when they aren't mandating masks in the store. Horrible service. I will never return. They made me feel so uncomfortable.
