Horrible experience. I’ve been a customer there for many years, never again. Today, my wife had an eye exam scheduled. We showed up for her appointment and immediately felt like we had committed some kind of infraction. Our sin, apparently, was that my daughter and I came along to the appointment. 😬🤭 We were told that we couldn’t wait in the store, but that we could come back after her exam to help her select frames. I made an appointment for 4pm.... I sat until 4:30pm and still wasn’t seen. If I wanted to make an appointment for 4:30pm, I would have made so. I didn’t make an appointment for 4pm to wait until 4:30pm. Peoples time is money. I work in the appointment based industry. I would never ever make someone wait this long for an appointment. Disrespectful.
RecommendedGood experience with all things considered, they keep public areas clean and sanitized also each patient temperature is taken. My glasses was ready the same day later in the afternoon.
Friendly and affordable.
My son and I went in to have an adjustment done on his glasses. We were greeted at the door to have our temps taken and were given hand sanitizer (that made me feel better about going in) the guy that helped with adjusting and eventually replacing my sons frames was so friendly. I recommend Eyeglass world for the service and friendliness!
I went in needed an emergency pair of glasses and was told in 30min we will have them for you in less than 2 hours. You can’t beat that.
I had a great experience here. I walked in and was able to find exactly what I was looking for in no time. They were able to get me both pairs of my glasses in record time. The people here are very friendly and really go out of their way to help their customers. I highly recommend getting glasses here.
Canceled eye appointment after I called and confirmed! Lost my business!!!
They where very friendly! They where able to get me in the same day I called and their deal on glasses was amazing! My son had broken my glasses that morning and I needed to get new ones fast. They saved the day so that I could go back to normal life. I called many places and checked all the prices this was the best place that I found and service was amazing! I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again!
