First we were given a up-charge on the exam without being told it would be an extra $40. Then my wife was told she would receive a call when her glasses arrived, which she did not. We had to call to confirm that they were ready for pickup. Then I was told my glasses would be ready in a week, which passed 3 days ago and glasses are still not ready. The people are nice enough-but I honestly feel as though they mislead to bump up profit margins and build false hope. Probably the last time we will buy glasses from here.....

The front desk team of girls were polite, helpful and very efficient. On the other hand the Optometrist was somewhere between clueless and stuck in the twighlight zone. Buyer beware.
