Dr. Hubbard was awesome and Daniel was wonderful at helping my daughter and I find the perfect pairs of glasses! the Receptionist was pleasant and we were greeted when walking in.
I was overcharged at the Madison Heights store in Michigan in November 2018 and still haven't received my refund numerous conversations with customer service and still no refund after being told the check was in the mail ... My last conversation with Adda ext 2838 I was told I had to prove I was overcharged because they dont have the receipt for a certain amount I asked her what my total payout was and that it should prove I was overcharged when my total was 348.00 and my account shows I paid 551.96 this is unacceptable........ read more
Shout out to @eyeglassworld on 14 and John R in Madison Heights. EVERYTIME I need ANYTHING their customer service is on point. Today’s situation was needing sunglasses made within 1 hour. They usually do same day glasses but I needed these for my Florida trip stat because the whole wearing huge sunglasses over regular glasses is inconvenient and ugly pahahaha. I had a wonderful experience at the store in Madison heights, Michigan. Mr. Ray was very knowledgeable about the glasses and the eyes exams. Which was a major key with me having difficulty performing up close-up work from squinting my eyes from the light. I was very impressed today and I wasn’t expecting the store to be so busy. Great job guys thanks
