I accidentally sat on my glasses and called the closest eyeglass store which was Pearle Vision on Highland road where they told me to come on in and they will take a look at them. I showed them to the lady I spoke to on the phone who did not even pick them up and stated "Those are too beat up. There's nothing we can do" and it did not appear to be busy at all in the store as there was only one customer. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kathy, Nicole and Artesia were today. They helped me get glasses before a trip by going above and beyond.
I Love this place. Not only do you get your glasses in 1hr or less but when you break them they give you a whole new pair including Lens the same day. Thank you Jesus! I recommend them highly with tons of frames to choose from at affordable prices.
The people were extremely helpful and friendly. They genuinely seemed like they cared about your eyes and style. The selection they have is amazing. I only had to wait a day for my new glasses. I recommend them to everyone.
Needed new glasses for our 4 yr old and not only was there a great selection, the customer service was excellent! He was so excited to get the handwritten thank you note in the mail for "his" business, he will be a repeat customer for sure!
