Angel was my helper there and she did an excellent job. I needed progressives (which I've never had or wanted before), and she guided me very professionally through the whole process. I've been going to Eyeglass World for more than ten years now, and every time I try a different place (walmart, etc) I end up disappointed. I do have one question. Why can't I access google reviews through their ad?

Eye Glass world in Tyler is the most UNProfessional place of business. They have no quality in customer service skills. Yes we all know we have to wear masks! The first time they wouldn’t let me in with my 12 year old daughter to help her pick out glasses becuase they only wanted one person at a time. People go in there respectfully wearing the mask and the big dude with the bad ratty ponytail constantly harassing people about the masks. Make sure you know your insurance benefits well. They charged me $200 more than I ever should have been charged and had the audacity to argue with me when I tried to correct them. 3 insurance calls and 3 1/2 hours later, they finally agreed to reimburse me and tried blaming the insurance issue on a “glitch” but admitted they saw the benefits I was quoting... I haven't had my eyes checked in about two years so it was time. My prescription changed a bit but Dr. Le was excellent at explaining everything about my eyes. Picking out my new frames and lenses was painless. Michael was a rock star! He even found the perfect frames for my face!I explained money was tight and he was able to get me the best deal possible and in about an hour I had my brand new glasses! Thank you so much!!
This place honestly cares about my business. My sunglasses were back ordered and they took care of me beyond my expectations. Not only did they call to keep me updated with my order, but they were friendly about it and when the order had complications they took care of it without my asking. I would recommend this place to anyone because of their culture towards customer service but also because their prices are reasonable and their people are helpful and knowledgeable.
Let's see, minimum $70 to replace my frames, an optometrist visit I don't need to replace lenses that are still perfectly fine, or just get the frames repaired for $25 down the road and keep the perfectly fine lenses that are only two years old. Oh, what to do?
