I hope my experience was a one time thing. I am very sensitive to fragrances. The moment I walked in to look at glasses, I had to immediately walk out as I was overwhelmed with a very strong sweet perfume scent. It was so strong, that I could not breathe. If you are sensitive to fragrances, stay away from here.
Everyone was super helpful and helped my husband and I find the right glasses for us! We made an appointment for eye exams in the morning and got our glasses by mid afternoon the same day! We had a great experience and would recommend to anyone!
Gary was amazing today, not only did he fix the issue with my husbands glasses he took care of mine that were from a competitor. The customer service here is amazing and we will return.
Although my vision insurance is not excepted at eyeglass world, a friend of mine suggested visiting the Ann Arbor store. I will just say, the way I was greeted and the friendliness of the staff was absolutely amazing! Plus, they didn’t try to sell me extras I didn’t need.
A competitor took 27 times to get two pairs of glasses right (no exaggeration!) Eyeglass world has gotten it right the first time, every time for the last three prescriptions. I would highly recommend this friendly, professional staff to friends and family (and complete strangers :-))
Just a wonderful experience all the way around. The Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back!! (They also take donations for Humane Society.)
I love this place! Heidi was so so helpful and Dr. Dasher was very thorough. Would recommend to all my friends and family (actually already have!) Thank you and keep up the great customer service.
