Hats off for Debra and Stephanie, they took their time to assist me with my first pairs of progressive lenses. Plus I needed a special script' for work. My work glasses are awesome. It was the reason I went in because my eyesight has gotten bad at the distances at work. No more tired eyes. Everyone was pleasant to work with and I've been recommending you!
I am going back to my old doctor in Cape Coral. I live in Naples but will make the drive. The experience here was awful. The female doctor was great but the male one was so rude. They said I needed astigmatism contacts and I held off because it is double the price. When I called to get the script updated now that I am ready for them they said I have to pay for a whole new exam even though I came in and paid for the original less than a year ago. Whatever they can do to get your money I guess.
I ONLY use Eyeglass World, since the Naples location first opened, their staff has been nothing but phenomenal, their products are great, and their service is quick and friendly, always! Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone for eye care. In house Dr. is so convenient and fast. They're great with adults and kids, even my 5 year old loves them!
I will be highly recommending this location to everyone. All staff was very welcoming, helpful, excellent costumer service. Thank u for making my daughter's experience wonderful.
Eyeglass World offered me any pair of glasses at no cost trying to make up for a few errors that occurred in a different store. I am very happy with this store! Chelsea, was very helpful, she helped me find the best pair of glasses, had a lot of patience with me because it took me awhile to pick my frames and even offered a better quality of glass than the one I had before. I could not be happier. Thank you for everything!
