Nice people and thorough look at what I needed. I'm 27 and never knew I had astigmatism until just a year ago, no I'm much more comfortable with the correct lense. I wonder how no one saw it before. Btw (Amanda) was very nice.

I went to Eyeglass World in Grandville. I got there early, my exam was scheduled for 2 pm, I got there at 1 pm. I was seen at 2 pm. I don't have insurance and made it very clear that price was an issue. I was being pressured to add things on my glasses and kept repeating that I couldn't afford it. I finally settled on $338. They immediately got my money but after 8 days, I still don't have my glasses. After going a lot of other places this one had great customer service and both my pairs of glasses were very affordable, and came in really quick!!!!! Definitely have told my friends and family to come here!!

After having an eye exam in Hollland, I called Eyeglass World in Grandville to get a quote on contact prices. Klay assisted me and was wonderful! He was efficient, friendly and got me prices within the hour. I appreciated the great customer service and patience he showed me. This is the second year we have used this location, absolutely LOVE dealing with everyone there! The doctor performing our exams was WONDERFUL. Today, my 11 year old son was trying out contacts for the first time, and having the hardest time taking them out - all while my two year old ran around babbling to everyone and trying on lenses and hiding behind the Oakley display out of boredom... we were there 12:15-3:50.
