Just went there to honor my warranty they told me they'd need the pieces and even then I never had it done at this location. I'm about to change my lense provider from eyeglass world.
If you are smart you will find another place to get your glasses. Just ordered two pair for myself and two for the wife. After a two hour run around we head home, now three pair are to be picked up today after six or tomorrow, not home and get a call they need our scripts, she just gave them back to us, so back to the store drop of the scripts. Very poor customer service and very rude people no one was willing to help they made it seem like I was a bother to them I will not be going back to this store they have lost my family's business for sure
Rude. Also scam artists. They and the optometry company conned me out of $300 and tried to justify it after. Transactions will be flagged in my bank account as fraudulent charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Lens Crafters will be my go to place from now on. Never had issues with them.
I went to the E. Orlando Eyeglass world this weekend. As soon as I enter the store, I was greeted by the staff. The staff personnel was pleasant and eager to help. This is the place where I'm going to purchase my glasses. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family to get their glasses there.
I took my medically fragile child in to Eyeglass world East Colonial today to get a new pair of glasses. He currently has safety glasses but is ready to graduate to regular frames. We were looking and trying on frames when the clerk proceed to inquire why we wanted to get regular frames for my child because "He must be in a special school where all the kids are different so it shouldn't matter."
