Walked in too see if they could help me with my broken glasses and Gina repaired it in 30 seconds flat. At no charge. They have great service and with a smile to match. Definitely will be coming back.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lenses were incorrect when I got my glasses. The trifocals lines were off. I couldn’t begin to see out of them. I took them back and had them just put in just bifocals because it seemed they couldn’t get the trifocals right. Well this is what I got! The frames were broken at the bottom when the old lenses were removed. Then they glued them back together when they put the new lens in. Notice the bifocal lines closely. They are totally off. Awesome experience with the doctor. He helped me to get excellent vision, while still keeping cost in mind. Refreshing change to the usual “get the most expensive pair possible” definitely have a repeat customer here!
I have a prism correction in my prescription. That can cause issues with product fulfillment and lens weight. Eyeglass World worked to correct any issues, were patient when I got a new prescription from my doctor, and offered advice to correct my struggle. I also did not feel like I was the problem when my lenses didn't work. The lenses were a problem, and they did not stop offering advice or potential solutions until they fixed it!
