The absolute worst optometrist I have ever had. It felt like they did not want me to see! They made my life so hard for no reason!! The test contacts they sent me home with were +1.00 when they should have been -1.00. Once they were able to give me the correct contacts, my vision was still a little blurry but the optometrist told me that was perfectly normal. I was new to contacts so I just took his Word for it. Airaka was awesome. She helped put a lens back in my glasses. She is very knowledgeable and courteous, and made my visit a breeze.
Solid overall experience. The doctor is decent and easy to work with professional, efficient, and takes the time needed during the exam without feeling rushed. The facility itself is clean and well-kept, and there’s a good selection of frames and lens options to choose from, which makes it easy to find something that fits both style and budget. Truly, such a great experience!! The optometrist Dr. Jackson was efficient and thorough. He went quick, but I did not feel rushed or pushed out. He answered all the questions. When finished, I worked with Jason and Nic upfront. They both were so helpful and kind! They were patient with me in figuring out what I needed/wanted, as well as the insurance side of things. I appreciated how much they were willing to help and support each other, filling in when things got busy, without making you feel pushed out.
