Truly, such a great experience!! The optometrist Dr. Jackson was efficient and thorough. He went quick, but I did not feel rushed or pushed out. He answered all the questions. When finished, I worked with Jason and Nic upfront. They both were so helpful and kind! They were patient with me in figuring out what I needed/wanted, as well as the insurance side of things. I appreciated how much they were willing to help and support each other, filling in when things got busy, without making you feel pushed out.

Bought an awesome pair of Ray Ban glasses just over a month ago from this location (after a nightmare ordeal dealing with the Draper location.) Out of nowhere, a week ago, they started giving me headaches. Turns out they’re resting too heavy on my left ear, rubbing it raw. So I go in yesterday to have some adjustments made. The guy tweaked the hinges on both sides and now the temples won’t stay in the open position unless they’re on my head. Regardless, the adjustments do nothing.
