This company is horrible at communicating. They told us that both parties of my son's classes would be back by May 5th. we We are still waiting on a pair. They "think" the glasses will be in by Tuesday, but by the time I get off work and get out there, they're closed, so my kid will be without his other pair of glasses until at least Saturday. So thankful for this entire staff today! My son’s glasses snapped today. (the day before school starts) They worked us in for exam, and put glasses in our hands today. They truly saved the day.
Was 12 mins late because of traffic on blanding and they cancelled my appt. Drove for 40mins for no reason and they refused to see me. Don't do business with this place. Absolutely ridiculous. There was an accident and ambulances and nothing I could do about getting there quicker.
Great Place and Great People! Eye exam was thorough and experts were on hand to walk me thru the process!
