Went to this eyeglass business with an appointment for an exam and to look at new eyeglasses. With an appointment for an exam I still had to wait 20+ minutes for my appointment, frustrating. After the exam when it came time to pick out and purchase frames there was no one seemingly available to assist me in making a decision on frames. There were six people working in the facility, one other customer, and in the 20+ minutes of looking no one assisted us.
