Broke my glasses and was wearing my “safety glasses” from work. Went in and Bud and everyone helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses and had me out a.s.a.p!!! Thank you everyone. I didn’t have to wear “safety glasses” to the game. Great selection and WONDERFUL customer service!!!!

All around great experience from exam to final fitting. Great staff, great selection and good pricing.
I'm highly pissed off that my husband, who arrived to his appointment ON TIME, was bumped twice because of other irresponsible and inconsiderate customers who showed up late for their appointment spots!!!! Then trying to give me an excuse on why. Take the person who is ON TIME and make the person late for their appointment wait. Just like doctor offices have schedules to keep, customers/patients do too.
My boyfriend and I were both in a short time ago and got absolutely wonderful care from the manager, Bud. He actually took the time to help us pick out our glasses and made sure they fit perfectly. We’re both pretty picky, so it wasn’t necessarily a walk in the park, but he was patient and helped us both get the perfect glasses. We are both extremely pleased and I can’t say enough about Bud and the rest of his staff.
Wow! Best customer service I have ever had at an eye care place. I traveled an hour to get here on a Sunday not being able to see a thing (passenger, lol!) Thanks to the great staff (shout out to Lori and Michael), I was able to leave there with vision! My furry family members look like the culprits for the missing eye ware, but luckily I got a replacement without missing a day of work. I plan to make this the place I get any and all future glasses! Thanks!
