Great experience when we purchased my daughter's glasses in May. Then went back today because she broke them. We were literally in and out within 15 minutes..... they placed her lenses in a new set of frames and sent us on our way. So thankful for the protection plan and the friendly staff.
Had appointment nice and fast had glasses within an hour. All did their job well. Tk u
Eyeglass World is the Best in town compared to others. The staff Welcomed me with a smile and the young girl Hannah was very patient with me as I was taken so long too pick out my frames, lol...All in all they we're a Big Help and answerd all my questions.��
After reading so many negative reviews from multiple sites, I am quiet hesitant about my upcoming appoitment, however I am going to keep my appointment and update the review afterwords. As a new customer to this store I hope I am not disapointed. UPDATE: I am very impressed, I am pleased with the service and glasses I received. I will definitely recommend eyeglass world to others.
Never used Eyeglass World but I cancelled my appt with them strictly based on the terrible reviews on Facebook & Google. The worker called me back & practically begged me to keep my appt. Opens at 9am & no cars in parking lot. Only mine. Now I know why. Initially I thought the place was deserted. Thought they had moved to another location.
