my daughter was seen at this location March 2019 (age 4) and got glasses for the first time. I made her yearly appt for today (appt made a month ago) to be called 2 hours prior to the appt time to let me know they don't see children under 6 years of age...really!?!?!?
RecommendedThey have a BOGO eyewear policy. Of course, if you have to have bi-focals, it’s extra. If you want transition lenses you pay extra. My 2 pair for $89 glasses turned out to costing $500
RecommendedI am highly recommending Alicia F. the general manager over at the Alafaya store. She knows her stuff!! Professional and friendly. Each time I've gone into the store I've been made to feel important. If you want that experience buying glasses, hands down this is the place to go!! Thank you Alicia.

The entire staff of Eyeglass World have been fabulous and accommodating! Trey the manager has made cycling our entire family in and out from vision testing to lenses to frame selection absolutely seamless. The topper is that while it was expected to be 10 days for arrival, we received our eyewear in 5 days! We will always be customers of Eyeglass World! Thank you - Trey, Cassandra and everyone at the store!
They were great. I got an eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses and was done in less than an hour. Thanks Lisa and Robert for searching for and finding the frames I wanted
