unimpressed All but one of the girls working the desk were not friendly. I think the eye Dr. might have had a lobotomy at one time. He was emotionless and you would think that he would at least try interact with his patient. I think the idea is to be nice to patients so that they will come back to you for their eye care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone especially if they have children.
Large selection, but confusing offers There is a large selection of frames at Eyeglass World, but what the special offers included was confusing. It is easy to get an appointment, but it is not always easy to get someone to help you select frames.
not friendly,it's been 45 days and did not get 2sets of eye glasses yet.. not customer friendly. The first time I went to the store,the manager was assisting other customer. the other store consultant(there were only 2 staff members including the manager the Lady, to help all customers) was busy inside,so i had to wait till my turn .To my surprise , she ignored me totally and was assisting other that came after me. Nice Friendly Staff I can actually say I had a nice time while getting my glasses. The exam was quick and easy and the doctor was very friendly, she made me feel comfortable. The consultants were all very knowledgeable and friendly, I ended up spending a few hours there joking with the consultants while picking out glasses. The Business I've went to eyeglass world for a while. Their problem is ,when they advertise 2 for one their glass are usually a shitty looking brand. then they try to talk you into buying a 200 dollar or more pair of glasses you don't want. People search around this place, there's something better out there.
Okay They are an okay business to do business with. They do have lots of frames to choose from, but the quality of their frames are not as good as other places I have seen like Dr Bizers or Lens Crafter. Overall, I would give them a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 because their staff is fairly friendly.
glasses Eyeglass world is a good place if you need glasses on the cheep. They have a doctor on site so you can get the eye exam and the glasses at the same place. The selection is really good. The down fall is the deal includes two pairs of glasses whether you want two or not. You cannot do just one pair and lower the cost more.
Very friendly I recently had to get my eye's checked so I thought I would give them a try. They were very friendly. The Dr. seemed very effecient. They have lots and lots of frames to choose from. They also run specials in the paper quite abit. They calmed my nerves some by answering all my questions and letting me know that everything will be alright soon.
Seeing Clearly Now I was very impressed with the eye exam I got and how helpful the staff was in helping me pick out my frames for my lenses. Yep, once you turn 40 + the eyes don't work as well as they used too.. was treated very well by everyone there. They have a large selection of frames to choose from plus offer various additionas such as scratch guard for your lens. They were fast in getting my glasses , I had an exam at 10:00 and picked up my glasses (fitted to comfort as well) by 1:00 .
