Bad customer service, waited almost an hour before i had to ask how long to see the Dr, the rech then told me they were behind and said was not sure how long it would be. Very unprofessional and will not return! Dave at the desk did not seem to care in the least bit and could not be bothered to look up from his computer screen to talk to me

Honestly, the customer service leaves a lot to desired. I spoke to four different people on the phone trying to order contacts they keep giving me the run around. I was told that the walk-ins are priority for them. I had taken my business else and said let me give them another chance HUGE mistake.

Charged me twice for glasses and even after admitting error, still no correction a month later Frames not right for my progressive lens... can not read and had to buy proscription reading glasses. They should have advised this before selling me wrong frames

A damn terrible place! They took $125 from me for some contact lenses, using the full $100 from my insurance policy and an extra $25 from my own pockets. I returned the contact lenses UNUSED and UNOPENED because my doctor gave me a better pair during the trial phase. The general manager does not give me any paperwork or receipt during the return and told me they would just exchange the pairs when I was ready to order the new ones. Fraudulent random pricing. Stay away from them. They trapped you over the phone. Big liars. I have been wrongly informed about pricing. The price changes according to random situation.

They tell you they can put a prescription in frames that you already have when you call you take them in and the lab says they don’t feel comfortable putting the lens in the frame because they want you to buy their frames. I politely said I will take them with me and go online for a cheaper price and I do exactly that they told me 281 and I went online for 120 transition and all. When u call them on the phone they’re tell you anything just to get you to come in well online have better choices and cheaper prices they are frie... read more

I don’t think I’ll ever come back here. I was in a rough situation where I had lost my glasses. And I know they have the ability to make them there so i I called asking if that was something I could walk in for and they said yes so I head up there from the second I walked in I felt like I was an inconvenience. I walked into their store to have a pair of glasses serviced. I was told by the supervisor that she cannot help me until I wear a mask. I told her that I have a medical condition which makes it difficult for me to wear a mask. She referred me to her manager who said I needed to come back at a time when they aren't mandating masks in the store. Horrible service. I will never return. They made me feel so uncomfortable.
