Tam went out of his way to help my Grandfather with his glasses and handled everything quickly and professionally. He was genuinely kind, gentle, and respectful. Which meant a lot to my Grandfather. A positive experience for him — thank you, Tam, for your care and compassion.
I had my frame misplaced, Tam fixed it and also explained to me why. Thank you Tam very much.
Mr Tam was professional, speedy, and quite kind. When I couldn't find the store front, he called me directly and we sorted it out. He also didn't judge me for not getting my glasses repaired sooner, which was greatly appreciated. He was also super affordable, one of the arms was snapped off my one pair of glasses and it only cost $30 for him to repair them. I'd recommend the place to anyone, and as an accident prone person, there's a huge chance I'm coming back!
#REVIEW I broke the arm of my CUCCI prescription glasses. After i had visited several glasses shops, I could not find someone that would repair them; I WAS TOLD THEY WERE UNREPAIRABLE, and you would have to purchase new glasses. Then I went to see Mr. TAM!
