I got stung by a yellowjacket. They worked me in when my provider said July. The provider explained the entire process.
I would not recommend that you use them. I dropped off my 700.00 eyeglasses to have the lens replaced. They broke my frame and just told me...OOPS sorry, and then even refused to give me back the 70.00 I paid in advance for the lenses. Said that I should have been told that leaving my frames with them might cause damage and that they would not be held liable? That did not happen, because if she had told me that then I would never have left my glasses with them. That's some BS!!! How do you spell small claims??? Here I come.
I wish you would just answer the phone and tell the caller you don't feel like working that day instead of putting them on hold for an undetermined timeframe.
