Dr Karen Lee is very passionate about the business/industry and provided very in-depth knowledge.
I highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and genuine care! I've seen Dr. Lee a couple of times, she is very thorough and detail oriented. Every visit has been very pleasant! The staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lee not only provide me with accurate prescriptions but also takes the time to explain everything clearly. When a referral was needed, she referred me to an excellent specialist ensuring I receive the best care possible.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience during my eye exam yesterday. It was truly great! Thank you Dr. Lee for explaining everything to me so politely and clearly. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff for helping me with all my insurance-related questions. If your insurance covers eye exams, they offer direct billing, which is a huge plus. 100% recommend them!
I was a patient with a Mississauga optometrist for eight years and my prescription was never changed for the last five. Travel time made me switch to Dr Lee who was highly rated by “Readers Choice”. However, several interactions with her seemed very odd to me. At my first appointment I remarked that the hallway light outside the examination room was affecting my vision. It could not be dimmed. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Lee was not positive. The appointment felt rushed, and the communication came across as patronizing rather than helpful. The prescription I received ended up being incorrect, which was both a waste of time and money. I’ve since visited a different optometrist and had a much more professional and attentive experience. I would not recommend Dr. Lee based on my visit.
