I recently visited this clinic for a chalazion issue, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite driving two hours to get there, I had to endure an additional two-hour wait. When I finally saw the surgeon, the consultation felt rushed and impersonal. The information provided was basic and easily found on Google, and I was simply advised to continue medication that I've been taking for years despite the fact I was sent by another specialist with imaging taken. I highly recommend Eye Face Institute!! I had surgery to correct my ptosis as well as upper blepharoplasty surgery. Dr. Adam performed both surgeries at once and I am ecstatic!! Recently I returned to have profractional and nanopeel treatments which Ruby performed. I am still waiting to heal but the procedure itself was done with white kid gloves. Highly recommend!
The worst clinic ever. They book your appointment 4 months in advance just to give an image of them being busy, which is misleading. They also want you to pay for an initial consultation regardless whether you'll go ahead with the procedure or not. When I had my appointment - there was nobody other than myself in a waiting room, they are not busy at all.
