Had to wait approximately an hour to be seen after obtaining an eye exam appointment and showing up on time for a morning appointment due to limited staff. They only offer virtual eye exams (essentially a zoom call with an optician at another location), and after paying for one, I can’t see out of my glasses using the prescription I was given. Would not recommend.
Do not trust that this place is willing/capable/able to verify insurance before visits. Took my child out of school 2 separate times for an appointment, was told by employee what would be covered, only to be turned away because they did not accept our insurance. 1st appt employee did not send all required paperwork to be filled out before appt.
Absolutely the worst slowest service ever. Waited a MONTH for my husband to get his prescription safety glasses,after being told it would be 2 weeks. Then FINALLY we get the call it's ready for pickup the next day and we drive all the way here just for them to be closed for a WEEK for easter?! Ridiculous. 10/10 do not recommend.
