don''t go here. they raise my deductible to 59 then won't simply take their own prescription because it is one year and one day old. ONE DAY. A working parent of 4 having to pay for glasses (because insurance won't cover anything)....All they had to do was put lenses in a frame (that I was providing/already bought), yet that didn't make them enough money. This was my first visit to EyeDoctors WV. I've suffered with dry eye most of my adult life. I was very pleased with the evaluation and recommended treatment options from Dr. Showalter and her staff. Everyone was very professional in the service they provided. Anyone suffering with dry eye needs to know there are options to get relief.
Dr T. Shawn Stephens O.D. is fabulous. Straight up friendly and helpful, never in a rush. Truth is EVERYONE in the office is friendly! Won’t go anywhere else.
