Not sure why no one ever answers the phones here? Once I tried calling several times over the span of days and eventually decided to just show up and try my luck. The office had zero customers and reception definitely available to answer the phone. She was kind and helpful which softened the frustration of how difficult it was to get assistance. Except this time I’m experiencing the same issue and on a time crunch. I will likely be looking elsewhere for eye services.
Pricy! They charge 160$ for eyes test and 180$ for eyes test with contact lenses.
I called to inquire about the range of services eyeDOCS provides? I did not get an answer! Instead, my call went five times through the same robo call information. I prefer dealing with service providers who answer calls and return messages?
