We have gone to this clinic for almost 10 years and have been happy with the service. Now it is impossible to reach them or get an appointment. Called several times and they do not pick up after an hour. Finally went to the clinic in person, twice, to make and confirm an appointment. On the other hand, Dr. Stephanie Wu was excellent! It's just the communication with the desk that has really gone downhill.
My whole family had been going to this clinic for the past 5 years or so. We loved the doctors, the service, all of it. This year it seems impossible to get an appointment. I've been trying since June. They cancel appointments out of the blue. When you call no one cares to find a solution. So, I'm moving on to a clinic that actually wants to see patients.
I have been at this site two years ago they were good enough but recently I call for appointment after one hour of waiting finally they hung up.by the way why don’t block for the day if you can’t be able to accommodate instead of wasting time looking for other branch.shame
I had a great experience both with my eye appt (Dr. Irani) and with the young lady who helped me choose new frames for my glasses (Maria Milonas). Both were very patient, helpful and thorough.
