Wonderful experience for over 10 years! Staff and doctors are kind and helpful with everything.
Eye doc and prescription is great. Thereafter is absolutely horrible. My glasses don’t fit, even after several (5) visits to adjust. Sunglasses are the same way. Not only crooked but terrible adjustments that are still terrible. As good as the prescription is it doesn’t matter if the glasses & sunglasses are crooked and slide down your nose. The Doctors & staff are kind & pleasant from the moment you enter the door. They are truly concerned to meet your needs & are very helpful. I appreciated their honesty in helping me with frame choices & also showing me what I did & did not need. The Doctor was really patient with me.She did not rush me through as she gave my eye examine.
