My mother is disabled and unable to get into the exam chair, and when we made the appointment we worried it would prevent her from getting an exam. To our relief, Dr. Silbernagel was easily able to work around her disability to give her a thorough eye exam. Best of all, he was patient and kind with mom and put her completely at ease. (and that's a definite win in my book!) It's a bit of a drive to come to Knoxville, but for us it's worth the trip.
