One of the best optometry experiences I’ve had. Initially I was overwhelmed when I had to choose new glasses but Rhi was so patient, kind and honest. The whole process was more enjoyable as it felt like she genuinely wanted to help!
From the moment I walked into this very professional space I saw this beaming happy face. It was I later found out Rhi. Rhi is so friendly, professional, courteous and oh so knows her stuff. A rare gem was found. Myself and my daughter attended to see Dr Julie Albeitz an amazing Dr. who we finally tracked down as working at Eyedeal optometrist. Such an amazing delightful experience. We will be back.
I had a fantastic experience with Kieran and Rhiannan at this practice. Their personalised service and attention to detail made all the difference. Unlike franchise optometrists, they took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and introduction to Ortho K lenses. The whole experience felt tailored to me, with no rush or pressure. Highly recommend visiting for a more thoughtful and dedicated approach to eye care!
Wonderful optometrist. They always offer a glasses clean when you’re waiting for your appointment. They are very thorough and friendly. Kieran is great and will contact you regarding how eye treatments are going (if that’s what you’re going there for).
I'm 64, and have been wearing glasses since I was six, so have been to a few optometrists over the years. Both my wife and I go to these guys, and we reckon they are great. Their service is professional — yet personal. There is no rush. They make sure the tests are thorough, they answer all questions and explain all options. They also have a good range of frames.
