Tommy the so called corporate manager is dumb as a bag of rocks. He is the most unprofessional person i have ever met. When you say you want to talk to the owner they say he is on vacation. The owner better get a hold on these stores or they are not gonna have any customers left. They broke my glasses and blamed me. They took 10 days to make my glasses and they are wrong and will not give a refund. they tell you 3-5 days and when you call them they tell you they are on a truck for delivery.
