I’ve been trying to get a hold of a person for the last three weeks to make a appt no one ever answers and their voicemail is full. Update- finally got through and they could make an appt because I need a date and time the referral was sent - how would I know this. Your business should be organized by Jake’s not a time and date. You do this in purpose to make life harder on people. I’m calling the state on this company and chamber.
Using Medical, HPOSJ, I managed to get an appointment within a week, which was amazing. When Arriving I had a short wait until seen and received a prescription for glasses within 2 hours. I was asked to return after the weekend as they were closing soon. I attempted to call 5x to schedule a time to come in, no answer. Upon closer inspection the prescription, which I asked to be re-printed had the name spelt incorrectly. If I could give zero stars I would. These women are beyond rude. They don’t want to do any work themselves. They have the audacity to tell me I had to bring in a copy of the referral that I never got sent to me because they faxed it to them directly. And I told her that, but she said I needed to try to get it anyway. They received it in a fax from her doctor, but they are too lazy to look for it when the appointment comes around.
