Love the team in Southern Shores/Kitty Hawk. I have had a very difficult time with my insurance company and Faith at the Eyecare center went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. It is rare that a provider so willingly takes on additional work for something that isn't necessarily their job. Dealing with insurance companies is always a headache and I cannot speak more highly of Faith and the team at the OBX Eyecare Center for their exceptional customer service.
Dr Terryberry, Logan and the staff are always courteous, professional and very thorough. Always a pleasant visit. I look forward to my appointments.
My appointment was originally set for Oct 8. They moved in to Dec 31. In that the change over that took place my insurance info was not stored or some other mix up up. Don't take VA insurance, however,they will take welfare insurance. Ended up paying cash. So glad the service to my country means nothing. Thank God I have a job and pay taxes so other people are able to get glasses!!!!
Everyone was very professional and friendly. I really like Dr.Terryberry,she explained the cataract procedure & gave me the option to chose.
