No receipt waiting 30 min no email pissed off
I been going to eyecare for few years. I've called several times no one ever answers the phones. I've left messages no return calls. They're poor at customer service. I will be changing my eye care services.
The doctor is fine but everyone else that works there acts like you are imposing on them. They never return a phone call. I left five messages and they never returned any of them. They're supposed to call you when your glasses come in. They never do. I think we're done with this place.
