Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the front desk and assistant were both very personable, and Dr. Patel was thorough and professional. Using my insurance was simple, and the entire visit went smoothly. Highly recommend!
There is an excellent team of people working here! I came for an annual eye exam at the end of July 2024. A couple of months later, I was there for a medical emergency. All of the staff was super helpful, and they did their best to accommodate me today! Dr. Wirkus and team... I thank you all! I had an appointment with Dr. Patel today. He and his team were so friendly and provided top-notch care. I’ll definitely be back!

If there was an option for a 0 star, I’d have given that. I am not sure what is wrong with this place. 1st they have wrong insurance on the file. Then they made us pay the whole amount. When I called to clarify that my insurance should cover it, they cannot find the appointment, transaction or payments from last year’s visit. They have no record of us going there for a check up and purchasing glasses from them. I am very pleased with the Monroe office. Everyone is so nice. My insurance changed and I forgot my card. The staff was so courteous and updated all my information for me. I will definitely continue my care at this office.
