This one star is 100% due to the none response from the office team and strictly for the Monroe NC location on skyway drive. They absolutely will NOT pick up the phone at all. You can't get questions asked or anything. I hate I went to this place.
Dr. Ngo was great and answered all my questions. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great pair of frames.
Everyone was very helpful, kind and courteous during my appointment.
Very professional and thorough. The office personnel were very helpful. The staff were very efficient. The Dr. undersadably explained the procedures and tests.
