great service , good products
Excellent eye care. Professional staff from scheduling an appoitment, to eye exam and ordering glasses. Staff was fantastic to work with. Purchased 2 sets of glasses same visit. Staff was patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you.
BEWARE!! My appointment went well & I have no complaints with the doctor or assistant. But I was charged $50.00 & my vision insurance is a $0 copay for annual visit. When I asked what the charge was, I was told $10 was for the contact lens fitting fee & $20 for the contac lens. It plainly says on the boxes they are NOT FOR SALE. That is illegal & I will be addressing it when I return next week to have my contact lens checked. I paid it but realized I had never paid for them before & read the boxes. I had a appointment at 11:20, they asked me to be there at 11:10. I got there at 11.00.after waiting a few minutes, they checked me in and I had a set. Around 11:45 I ask what was the problem they said there computer system was new ( that was there problem not mine) l had something else that I had to do as soon as i got my eyes exam..
