I thought everyone there was great! But everytime I go to the eye center there is always all new people in the reception area and in the tech areas. I like Doctor Rendon, and I just love Brent, everytime he has measured me for glasses they have been spot on.
One star is too much. Called and canceled an order for glasses for my son on 7/30/2025 at the start of business. His appointment was on 7/29/2025. He was in the office til 5:15. Tried to call the office that evening and no one would answer. Spoke with the office manager on 7/30. She said we would recieve a check in 15 to 20 business days. I waited until September 5th and called the office back when we still had not received the refund.
