Healthcare scam alert! AVOID!! They force people to take added tests that are not necessary. When you deny them - they bill you anyways. We’ve been here for all 6 of my family members and in Every single time we’ve been here we refused the unnecessary testing (outside normal routine exam) and they STILL charge. They then complain and refuse to refund or make it unbearable to discuss with manager. AWEFUL!!! Avoid. Will be reporting to the state.
Very poor service from the time you walk in until the time you walk out! The patient service is the worst I have ever experienced and my glasses have never been right. I wouldn’t refer these folks to my worst enemy.

I had a very painful problem with my eye. I had never been to the office. Brittany was able to squeeze me in and was so kind about it. Dr Bradford Hearn was very personable, appointment started right on time. This will be my eye doctor going forward. It was efficient, personable and my eye is already feeling so much better.
The people are awesome. Nice, helpful, polite, thorough. Why a one star review? Spend hundreds of dollars with them but the doctor has set a policy you must pay to get your pupillary distance. Information they know and withhold until you pay them. It feels slimy and like they do not care about you as a patient.
