Taking great care of my eyes and my family's since 2009. Frames are on site. Helpful staff.
I had a very painful problem with my eye. I had never been to the office. Brittany was able to squeeze me in and was so kind about it. Dr Bradford Hearn was very personable, appointment started right on time. This will be my eye doctor going forward. It was efficient, personable and my eye is already feeling so much better.
The people are awesome. Nice, helpful, polite, thorough. Why a one star review? Spend hundreds of dollars with them but the doctor has set a policy you must pay to get your pupillary distance. Information they know and withhold until you pay them. It feels slimy and like they do not care about you as a patient.
Buyer Beware! Initially I had a good experience at this office with Dr Salazar and staff (except the irritable woman at the front desk) and I bought 3 pairs of glasses. I say initially because immediately after i began wearing the glasses I developed headaches. And within 3 weeks I developed migraines and ended up in the ER which resulted in a $2,604 out of pocket bill. I reverted to my old glasses and the headaches stopped immediately.
