Friendly, knowledgeable staff from start to finish. I love that Dr. Cox doesn’t rush but hears what his patients have to say & any of their concerns.
Very good. Everyone was very nice and knew what there job was and did it really good. No wait time and actually enjoyed my visit. Keep up the great work. Also liked appt. for next year be already set. Thanks to everyone involved in my vision care.
Dr Wenz Is patient and knowledgeable. His staff are also friendly. My appointment was on time. I have been going here for over 10 years and trust them. They have a good selection of glasses.
I have been going to the eyecarecenter for many many years. They moved locations. I have been going to the new location for the past 2 years, and I hate it. It seemed organized intially upon check in, and during the eye exam process, but after my eye exam was over , I was told to take a seat, and that someone would assist me. I took a seat , waited & waited, tried on frames in the midst of the busyness, and noise, still noone assisted me. I stood back in line to check out.
