Dr Wenz is such a kind very detailed eye doctor. My husband and I have been going for years and have been very pleased with the care we have received.
When you have an appointment they call you,text and email but the day of appointment,I check my son out of school and he has to miss 2 classes, we walk in to the eye office and they tell me they do not take his insurance anymore. I can understand if they found that out 30 min before we walked in but to not call anyone to let them know is just wrong. The front office staff were very nice about it but some one in billing dropped the ball. Hopefully they will let other patients know in advance.
Very thorough exam and details were explained in simple language, Dr Wenz was a pleasure to work with….
Always a professional and friendly experience. Dr. Cox and his staff are always great, couldn’t have had a better visit. Dr. Cox always throws some interesting knowledge on me about how vision correction works and personalizes it. Great place to get vision care.
